Product Liability
It is upto you to determine the suitability of suction cups for your application.
Since conditions of use vary, Adams Mfg.Corp. and Suction Cups Direct disclaims all liability with respect to the use of our suction cups. The remedy for any defective product claim is limited to the replacement of cups or refund of purchase price.

Payments
Suction Cups Direct accepts most major credit/debit cards. Payments are made independently through RBS WorldPay or PayPal for your safety and security. You do not require a PayPal account to use PayPal. We do not administer or have any bank details regarding your transaction and therefore do not take orders by phone.

Prices are displayed on our website inclusive and exclusive of VAT. The final total price including postage and packing is inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT.

We do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct that price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and a refund will be given.

Distance Selling Regulations

If you change your mind and wish to return your item, please email to inform us within 7 days of your delivery - click here
When returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition and un-damaged packaging.
Postal /courier charges originally charged will be deducted from your refund and those incurred back to us are not refundable.
Samples are excluded from our change of mind policy.
