Weight ratings/suction cup diameters.
Weight ratings are given only as a guide to the actual suction cup adhesion strength on the applied surface and are based on suction cups with hooks which are applied to clean, dry, flat glass.
1. it's reliance on the screw thread stud cut into the top hole of the PVC suction cup.
2. the grip of a push-in tack within the top hole of the suction cup.
3. the flexible closing jaws of a self closing cup.

Suction cup diameters shown in listings are after application and spread. Technical drawings show diameters at rest and before application. Please also note the tolerances of measurements in the technical drawings.


Product Liability.
Since conditions of use vary, all our manufacturers and Suction Cups Direct itself disclaims all liability with respect to the use of all our products for sale. The remedy for any defective product claim is limited to the replacement of the item purchased or refund of the purchase price.
We cannot individually evaluate or recommend if a particular suction cup is suitable for a particular purpose. If using Adams suction cups to incorporate into your own product, we recommend that adequate testing is carried out to ensure they will perform to your requirements. This is particularly important with regards to weight ratings and the guidance given for suction cups with attached fittings. (tacks/screws etc.) -see top of page.

From time to time a suction cup product may be improved and certain measurements will differ from the ones previously shown. Continued testing and fitting suitability should be undertaken by the customer at regular intervals. We cannot guarantee the ongoing long term supply of a particular cup if it becomes discontinued or changed without notice from it's original specifications.


Testing.
We recommend adequate testing of suction cups before hanging valuable or fragile items. Periodic checking of all applied suction cups in use is always advisable. The suction cup may need to be "burped" periodically by pressing down on it to remove any air that may have seeped in.


Payments.
Security is very important to us.
Payments are made away from our website through PayPal for your safety and security.
You do not require a PayPal account to make a payment- just a credit or debit card and check out as a guest. We do not administer or have any bank details regarding your transaction and therefore do not take orders by phone.


Prices.
As a business to business/trade supplier, prices are displayed on our website exclusive and inclusive of VAT. The final total price including postage and packing is inclusive of VAT. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
We do our best to ensure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct that price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and a refund will be given.


Returns and Refunds.
As a B2B trader, certain terms and conditions vary from Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations and our own Terms and Conditions govern our contract with the buyer. The main differences are highlighted in red below.

If you change your mind and wish to return your unused items, please email to inform us within 7 days of your delivery:- Contact us. No returns for change of mind are accepted after 30 days.

When returning items, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are packed so as to avoid damage, as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the goods are returned in their original condition, unused and in undamaged packaging. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

As a business to business trade supplier, Suction Cups Direct reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price on any returns.

As a B2B supplier, original outgoing shipping is not refundable.

Items we have specially ordered in for a customer are excluded from our returns policy.


Faulty items.
In the unfortunate event that you have a faulty item, please Contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Since conditions of use vary, Adams Mfg.Corp. and Suction Cups Direct disclaims all liability with respect to the use of our suction cups. The remedy for any defective product claim is limited to the replacement of cups or refund of purchase price.
