Adams quality 64mm suction cups are rated to hold 7 pounds (3.2kgs) and these large ones have a 4.5mm side pilot hole. See the technical drawing for more details.

Fix to a flat, dry, clean smooth/slick non-porous, non textured surface like glass, mirrors, glossy plastic or glazed ceramic tiles etc.
To remove or re-position, use the Adams quick release tab.
